Our honey

Each varietal comes from a different bloom, so color and flavor change through the year — light and floral in spring, deep and caramel-y by fall. When one sells out, it’s gone until the next harvest.

We strain out the wax and bee bits, but never heat or fine-filter, so the pollen and flavor stay in.
