Your information

Drews n' Daughters Apiary is a small family business. We collect only what we need to get honey to you, we never sell it, and we don’t track you around the web.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email address (optional), any notes you add, what you ordered, and how you’re getting it (a pickup date or a runner). We also record how you’re paying and whether you’ve paid.

When you send a wholesale inquiry: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), and your message.

We don’t create customer accounts, and we never see your card number. If you pay by card, you enter it on Stripe’s checkout page, not ours.

How we use it

• To pack and hand over your order, and to text, call, or email you about it.
• To send your order confirmation, if you gave us an email.
• To answer wholesale inquiries.
• To keep simple records of our sales.

We won’t add you to a mailing list or send promotional texts unless you ask us to. Your phone number is for your order only.

Who else sees it

We don’t sell or rent your information, or share it for advertising. A few services help us run the shop:

• Cloudflare hosts this site and our order database, screens out bots, and counts page visits. Like any web host, it sees your IP address when you visit.
• Resend delivers our emails, such as order confirmations.
• Stripe processes card payments, if you choose to pay by card.
• Runners: if you get your honey from a runner, they hand you a bag with your name on it.

We would only share your information beyond this if the law required it.

Cookies and browser storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It doesn’t use cookies or follow you to other sites. This site stores just a few things:

• A ref cookie, if you arrive from a runner’s link, so your order goes to that runner. It expires after 30 days.
• Your cart, saved in your browser so it’s still there if you come back. It never leaves your device until you order.
• Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people apart from bots, and our order form may show a Cloudflare Turnstile check for the same reason.

How long we keep it, and deleting it

We keep orders as part of our sales records. If you’d like us to correct or delete your information, email us at hello@drewsndaughters.example. We’ll remove your name and contact details, though we may keep the order amounts for our tax records.

Children

This site is meant for adults placing orders. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
